At Cement Booking Portal, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent cement ordering experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled, modified, or refunded.


1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • A full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.

After Dispatch

  • Once the cement has been dispatched or is “Out for Delivery,” the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Logistics charges (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

a) Order Cancelled Before Dispatch

  • A full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

b) Product Shortage or Unavailability

  • If a selected brand (e.g., Ultratech, ACC, OPC, PPC) is unavailable, we will offer:
    • A refund
    • Or a replacement option with updated cement price today

c) Wrong or Duplicate Payments

  • If any extra or duplicate payment is made accidentally, customers may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cement bags delivered and accepted by the customer
  • Cement bags opened, cut, damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or logistics issues
  • Bulk orders already prepared and dispatched

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided only if:

  • Cement bags are received in torn or damaged condition
  • The issue is reported immediately at the time of delivery with photos/video proof
  • The delivery team confirms the damage at the site

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Name & phone number
  • Reason for cancellation/refund
  • Proof (if any)

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
